Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following issues:

Defective or damaged product
Incomplete order
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
In the same condition as received
Reported to us within the 7-day window

Reason for return
Photos (if applicable) of the product
Once reviewed, we will guide you through the return steps.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed in cash only
We will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item
Refunds apply only to the original Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging
Return requests submitted after the 7-day period
Final-sale or customized items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
