Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following issues:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incomplete order

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Reported to us within the 7-day window

How to Request a Return
Please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable) of the product

Once reviewed, we will guide you through the return steps.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed in cash only

  • We will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds apply only to the original Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging

  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day period

  • Final-sale or customized items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
